Rouchel Brook, aperennial stream of theHunter River catchment, is located in theHunter region ofNew South Wales,Australia.
Officially designated as a river,[1] the Rouchel Brook rises below Big Losy Mountain on the western slopes of theMount Royal Range. The river flows generally south of west, joined by two minortributaries, before reaching itsconfluence with the Hunter River south ofGlenbawn Dam, east ofAberdeen. Rouchel Brook descends 652 metres (2,139 ft) over its 46 kilometres (29 mi)course.[2]
