TheRomanian Orthodox Metropolia of the Americas[1] or simplyMetropolia[1] (Romanian:Mitropolia Ortodoxă Română a celor două Americi[2] or simplyMitropolia[2]) is anautonomousEastern Orthodoxmetropolis of theRomanian Orthodox Church. The Metropolia covers the territory of theUnited States andCanada.[3]

The Metropolia is led byNicolae, Archbishop of the Romanian Orthodox Archdiocese of the United States of America and The Romanian OrthodoxMetropolitan of the Americas, with the metropolitan center located inChicago,Illinois.[4]

The church is divided into one archdiocese and one diocese, each organized into three geographical deaneries, around which the parishes are grouped.
