Roman Stanislavovich Adamov (Russian:Роман Станиславович Адамов; born 21 June 1982) is a retiredRussianfootball player.
Adamov has been prolific in theRussian Premier League since joiningFC Moscow, he was signed fromTerek Grozny.
In 2007, he andRoman Pavlyuchenko were top scorers in the Russian Premier League. In June 2008, he signed withFC Rubin Kazan,[1] he won theRussian Premier League 2008 and was loafed out on 28 July 2009 toKrylya Sovetov Samara.
Adamov made his debut inRussia national football team on 26 March 2008 in a friendly againstRomania.[2]
InEuro 2008, he came on as a substitute in the 70th minute of the opening match of the campaign, a 4–1 defeat to future championsSpain.[3]
