Roger Massey

Roger Massey,MA (bChester 1759 -dLawhitton 1798) wasArchdeacon of Barnstaple from 1791 to 1798.[1]

Massey was educated atSt John's College, Cambridge andordained in 1785. He heldincumbencies inMorwenstow,Farringdon,Lawhitton andCheriton Bishop. He was alsoChaplain to theBishop of Exeter from 1789 until his death on 22 February 1798.[2]
