Rocky Comfort Creek is a 62.4-mile-long (100.4 km)[1] tributary of theOgeechee River in theU.S. state ofGeorgia. Rising inWarren County 9 miles (14 km) northwest ofWarrenton, it flows southeast, enteringGlascock County and passing the town ofGibson, then continuing south intoJefferson County, where it reaches the Ogeechee River atLouisville.
The name "Rocky Comfort Creek" most likely is an English translation of its Native American Indian-language name.[2]
