Abdurrahman "Rock"ibn Ramadan Ya-Sin[1] (born May 23, 1996) is an American professionalfootballcornerback for theDetroit Lions of theNational Football League (NFL). He playedcollege football atPresbyterian, before transferring toTemple. He was drafted by theIndianapolis Colts in the second round of the2019 NFL draft.
Ya-Sin attendedSouthwest DeKalb High School inDecatur, Georgia.[2] He was ranked as a two-star recruit and committed toPresbyterian on February 5, 2015.[3]
After Presbyterian decided to move to a non-scholarship conference in theFootball Championship Subdivision, Ya-Sin transferred mid-year toTemple.[4][5] After recording 44tackles, twotackles-for-loss, twointerceptions, and 12pass breakups, Ya-Sin was selected to play in the2019 Senior Bowl.[6][7]

Ya-Sin was drafted by theIndianapolis Colts in the second round with the 34th overall pick in the2019 NFL draft.[10] In Week 11 against theJacksonville Jaguars, Ya-Sin recorded his first career interception off a pass thrown byNick Foles in the 33–13 win.[11] Ya-Sin was named toPro Football Focus' All-Rookie Team.[12]
Ya-Sin switched his jersey number to 26 before the season, stating he wanted "a new beginning".[13] He was inactive against theMinnesota Vikings in week 2 due to a stomach illness.[14]
In Week 11 against theGreen Bay Packers, Ya-Sin recorded his first interception of the season off a pass thrown byAaron Rodgers during the 34–31 overtime win.[15]
On March 16, 2022, Ya-Sin was traded to theLas Vegas Raiders in exchange forYannick Ngakoue.[16] He played in 11 games with nine starts, recording 45 tackles and seven passes defensed.[17]
On May 3, 2023, Ya-Sin signed a one-year, $6 million deal with theBaltimore Ravens.[18]
On April 11, 2024, Ya-Sin signed a one-year deal with theSan Francisco 49ers.[19]
On March 20, 2025, Ya-Sin signed with theDetroit Lions.[20]
