Robin Salvatore Fellhauer (born 21 January 1998) is a German professionalfootballer who plays as adefensive midfielder orright-back forBundesliga sideFC Augsburg.[1]
At the age of 16 Fellhauer left1. FC Saarbrücken to join the youth academy ofBundesliga clubSC Freiburg, along with his twin sisterKim.[2]
Fellhauer returned to theSaarland in 2019, signing withRegionalliga Südwest sideSV Elversberg in 2019.[2] Having made just six appearances in his first season with the club, he established himself as a starter in the 2020–21 season.[2] At the end of 2022-23 season, Fellhauer promoted to the 2. Bundesliga with Elversberg for the first time in club history.
On 28 June 2025, Fellhauer signed a four-year contract withBundesliga clubFC Augsburg.[3]
Fellhauer represented Germany at youth levels U15 until U18, making eight appearances.[2]
Aright-back, Fellhauer has occasionally been deployed atcentre-back.[2] He is noted for his speed and resolute tackling.[2]
Fellhauer's father Andreas is a former professional footballer who played for1. FC Saarbrücken andWaldhof Mannheim.[2][4] Robin's sisterKim has played professionally forSC Freiburg.[2] He has three younger brothers.[2]
