Robert Więckiewicz (born 30 June 1967) is a Polish film and television actor fromNowa Ruda,Poland.[1] He is a member of theEuropean Film Academy.[2] In 2013, he received Best Actor Award at theChicago International Film Festival for his role in filmWalesa: Man of Hope. He is also a three-time recipient of thePolish Academy Award for Best Actor as well as the recipient of thePolish Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor.
In 2014, he was awarded the Knight's Cross of theOrder of Polonia Restituta.[3]
