Rivne Raion (Ukrainian:Рівненський район) is araion inRivne Oblast in westernUkraine. Itsadministrative center is the city ofRivne. Population:625,543 (2022 estimate).[1]
On 18 July 2020, as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, the number of raions of Rivne Oblast was reduced to four, and the area of Rivne Raion was significantly expanded.[2][3] The January 2020 estimate of the raion population was92,981 (2020 est.).[4]
