Rivière (French pronunciation:[ʁivjɛʁ]ⓘ) is acommune in thePas-de-Calaisdepartment in the Hauts-de-Franceregion of France[3] 6 miles (10 km) southwest ofArras.
The five hamlets of Bellacourt, Bellacordelle, Brétencourt, Grosville and Le Fermont became the commune of Rivière in 1789.[citation needed]
The inhabitants are calledRiviérois.
