TheRhue (French pronunciation:[ʁy]; also calledGrande Rhue,[ɡʁɑ̃dʁy]) is a 56.6-kilometre (35.2 mi)river in thePuy-de-Dôme,Cantal andCorrèzedépartements, south centralFrance.[1] Its source is atBesse-et-Saint-Anastaise, nearSuper Besse, in theparc naturel régional des volcans d'Auvergne, 4.5 kilometres (2.8 mi) southeast of thepuy de Sancy. It flows generally southwest. It is aleft tributary of theDordogne into which it flows atBort-les-Orgues.
Its main tributaries are theSantoire, thePetite Rhue and theTarentaine.
