Renyer Luan de Oliveira Damasceno (born 12 July 2003), simply known asRenyer, is a Brazilian professionalfootballer who plays as aforward forEkstraklasa clubPogoń Szczecin.
Born inRio de Janeiro, Renyer representedFluminense andFlamengo'sfutsal teams[2] before joiningSantos' youth setup in 2013, aged ten. On 20 December 2019, after lengthy negotiations, he signed his first professional contract with the club.[3]
On 29 January 2020, Renyer was inscribed inthe year'sCampeonato Paulista, and was called up to the main squad for a match againstInter de Limeira by new managerJesualdo Ferreira.[4] He made his first team debut on the following day, coming on as a second-halfsubstitute forTailson in the 2–0 home win;[5] aged 16 years and 206 days, he became the fifth youngest ever debutant in the club's history.[6]
In March 2020, Renyer suffered a seriousknee injury while training with the under-17 national team, being sidelined for six months.[7] He made hisSérie A debut the following 26 January, replacing fellow youth graduateMarcos Leonardo in a 0–2 away loss againstAtlético Mineiro.[8]
In 2021, after being rarely used, Renyer returned to the under-20 squad.[9]
On 20 March 2024, Renyer was announced atGuarani.[10] After making three league appearances, he terminated his contract in August 2024.[1]
On 19 February 2025, Renyer joined PolishEkstraklasa clubPogoń Szczecin on a deal until June 2028.[11]
After representingBrazil under-15s in 2018,[12] Renyer was called up tothe under-17s in March 2019, for the year'sMontaigu Tournament.[13] He appeared in Brazil's all four matches of the competition, scoring once againstFrance on 20 April.
On 12 February 2021, Renyer and Santos teammateMarcos Leonardo were called up to theunder-18s.[14]
