Rende District (Chinese:仁德區;pinyin:Réndé Qū;Wade–Giles:Jen²-te² Ch'ü¹;Pe̍h-ōe-jī:Jîn-tek-khu) is a ruraldistrict in southernTainan,Taiwan.

After thehandover of Taiwan from Japan to theRepublic of China in 1945, Rende was organized as arural township ofTainan County. On 25 December 2010, Tainan County was merged with Tainan City and Rende was upgraded to adistrict of thecity.

• Population: 76,983 people (January 2023)

The district consists of Taizi, Tuku, Yijia, Rende, Renyi, Xintian, Houbi, Shanglun, Baoan, Chenggong, Renhe, Renai, Erhang, Dajia, Zhongzhou, Wenxian Village.^[1]
