Remick Building is a historic six-story building located at 517-519 S.Broadway in theJewelry District andBroadway Theater District in thehistoric core ofdowntown Los Angeles.
Remick Building was designed byAbram M. Edelman[2] and built in 1902.[1]
In 1979, theBroadway Theater and Commercial District was added to theNational Register of Historic Places, with Remick Building listed as acontributing property in the district.[1]
The building was sold for $7.65 million in 2020 ($9.29 million in 2024).[3]
Remick Building is made ofbrick and features a decorativefacade with twistingcolumns betweenarched windows.[1]
