Reginald Clement Howard (born May 17, 1977) is an Americanfootball coach and formercornerback. He playedcollege football atMemphis before joining the NFL as anundrafted free agent in 2000. Howard played inSuper Bowl XXXVIII forCarolina Panthers where he recorded an interception, and also had stints with theNew Orleans Saints andMiami Dolphins. He became an assistant college football coach in 2015.[2]
