Razor USA LLC, better known asRazor, is an American designer and manufacturer of manual and electric scooters, bicycles, andpersonal transporters. The company was founded inCerritos, California in 2000 by Carlton Calvin and theJD Corporation.[1] Razor also owns theRipStik,Sole Skate, andPocket Pros brands.[2]
