Rasmus Falk Jensen (born 15 January 1992) is a Danish professional footballer who plays as amidfielder forCopenhagen in theDanish Superliga.
Falk started his career atMiddelfart G&BK and moved toOdense Boldklub (OB) alongside futureTottenham Hotspur andInter Milan player,Christian Eriksen in 2005. He made his debut for OB in 2010 againstAGF. Falk then signed a contract extension with OB, keeping him at the club until 30 June 2016.
On 20 January 2016, Falk signed a pre-contract withCopenhagen, as he turned down a contract extension for OB, meaning that he could move as a free agent in the summer.[1] On 1 July 2016, he officially moved to Copenhagen on a four-year contract.
Falk made his Copenhagen debut on 13 July 2016 and scored the final goal in the 3–0Champions League qualification away win overCrusaders.[2] In his first season at the club, he won the double; theDanish Superliga andDanish Cup.[3]
On 5 August 2020, Falk scored the third goal in a 3–0 win over Turkish championsİstanbul Başakşehir to secure a spot in the quarter-finals of theEuropa League.[4]
On 29 August 2013, Falk was called up to play for theDenmark national team.[5] He played the first half of a 2–1FIFA World Cup qualification win overMalta on 6 September 2013.[6]
