Rasika Productions is an IndianMarathi playproduction anddistribution company based inMumbai as part of theMarathi theatre industry. The company was founded byMukta Barve in 2013.
Mukta Barve who impressed her fans through her performances in plays, television and films, debuted as a producer in Marathi theatre with her production house named after late actressRasika Joshi.[1] Barve's first production as a producer was the play titledChhapa Kata, which saw her play the lead role along with veteran actressReema Lagoo.[1] According to Barve, this production house is her tribute to her friendship with Rasika.[1] Later she produced two playsLovebirds (2015),[2]Indira (2015)[3] andRang Nava (2014),[4] a poetry based theatre program.
