Raja Rammohun Roy National Agency for ISBN is anIndian government agency which is the only ISBN agency which run underMinistry of Education,Government of India.[1] It was founded in January 1985[2] to facilitate authors and publishers to register forISBN in India.[3] It gives freeISBN toIndian citizens.[4]
