M. A. Rafey Habib is an academichumanities scholar and poet.

His published books are aboutliterary theory,[1]T. S. Eliot,[2]Urdu poetry,[3] translating theQuran,pacifism in Islam,[4][5] and the philosophy ofGeorg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel.[6] He is currently Distinguished Professor in the Department of English atRutgers University-Camden,[4]
