Rafael Romero Sandrea (22 May 1938 – 15 August 2021)[1] was aVenezuelan track and fieldathlete, who competed in thesprint events.[1] He represented his native country in three consecutiveSummer Olympics, starting in 1956.[2] Romero won two medals (gold and silver) at the1963 Pan American Games inBrazil.
