Raedene Estate is a suburb ofJohannesburg,South Africa. It is found just north ofSydenham. It is located in Region E of theCity of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality.
The suburb is situated on part of an oldWitwatersrand farm calledKlipfontein.[2] Named after the land owner Rae Sandler anddene meaning a valley, it became a suburb on 13 February 1935.[2]
