RaNae Jean Bair (March 9, 1943 – January 23, 2021)[1] was an Americanjavelin thrower who represented the United States twice at theSummer Olympics: in 1964 and 1968. Born inSan Diego, California, and affiliated withSan Diego State University, she set her personal best (59.82 metres) in 1967. She later marriedUCLA distance runner (an Olympic hopeful himself) Bob Seaman, who became aUSATF official and administrator.[2]
