Serbian handball club
RK Crvena zvezda (Serbian Cyrillic:РК Црвена звезда) is a Serbianhandball club based inBelgrade. They compete in theSerbian Handball Super League.
Founded in 1948, the club made itsYugoslav Championship debut in 1954. They subsequently won back-to-back championships in 1955 and 1956.
In 1995–96, the club had its most successful season to date, winning the domestic double (league andcup) and reaching theCup Winners' Cup semi-finals.
