Ras homolog gene family, member B, also known asRHOB, is aprotein which in humans is encoded by theRHOBgene.[5][6]

RHOB is a member of theRho GTP-binding protein family.[7]

Interactions

[edit]

RHOB has been shown tointeract withCIT,[8]ARHGEF3,[9]ARHGDIG[10] andRHPN2.[11]
