RGPU-95, also known asp-chlorophenylpiracetam, is aracetam and aderivative ofphenylpiracetam.[1][2][3] It was developed byRussian researchers as a potentialantidepressant andanxiolytic agent and was first described in thescientific literature by 2010.[1][2][3] The drug is described as 5 to 10 times morepotent in its activity than phenylpiracetam in animals.[1][2][3] It has been identified as a novelpsychoactive drug andnootropic sold on the Internet.[1][2]
