The official definition of the R805 from theRoads Act 1993 (Classification of Regional Roads) Order 2012 states:[1]
In February 2015, a realignment of the road atCabra was opened, which crosses theRoyal Canal and theDublin–Sligo railway line via a new bridge, instead of the previous narrowhumpbacked and zig-zagged Reilly's Bridge andlevel crossing, respectively.[2]
