Quinta Normal is an undergroundmetro station on the Line 5 of theSantiago Metro. It is one of the largest metro stations inSantiago, Chile and provides access toQuinta Normal Park andMuseum of Memory and Human Rights. Two glazed street-level entrances provide natural lighting for a portion of the station.
The station was opened on 31 March 2004 as the western terminus of the extension of the line fromSanta Ana. On 12 January 2010, the line was extended further toPudahuel.[2]
