Qayrun (Arabic:قيرون) is aSyrian village located in theMasyaf Subdistrict inMasyaf District, located west ofHama. According to theSyria Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Qayrun had a population of 1,084 in the 2004 census.[1] Its inhabitants are predominantlyAlawites.[2]
