Qatrat al-Rihan (Arabic:قطرة الريحان) is a village in northernSyria located in theShathah Subdistrict of theal-Suqaylabiyah District inHama Governorate. According to theSyria Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Qatrat al-Rihan had a population of 659 in the 2004 census.[1] Its inhabitants are predominantlyAlawites.[2]
