Pseudorca is a genus ofcetaceans with three members which includePseudorca yokoyamai,Pseudorca yuanliensis andPseudorca crassidens, of whichP. crassidens (commonly known as the false killer whale) is the only extant member.
Pseudorca yuanliensis is found in Pliocene layers inYuanli,Taiwan, whilePseudorca yokoyamai is found in both Pliocene and Pleistocene rocks inJapan.[1][2][3][4][5]
