Procymate (Equipax) is a carbamate derivative which is asedative andanxiolytic drug. It was previously manufactured and marketed inBelgium. The usual dose for adults is 800 to 1200 mg per day.[1] Procymate shares a similar structure andmechanism of action with the related drugshexapropymate andphenprobamate.
