TheBistricioara is a righttributary of the riverBistrița inRomania,[1][2][3] which it joins at the upper end ofLake Izvorul Muntelui, near the villageBistricioara.[4] It flows through the villagesBilbor,Capu Corbului,Corbu,Tulgheș,Bradu,Grințieș and Bistricioara. Upstream from its confluence with the Borcut, it is also calledRăcila. Its length is 64 km (40 mi) and its basin size is 770 km2 (300 sq mi).[2]
