Prince Renmer B. Caperal[1] (born June 12, 1993) is a Filipino professionalbasketball player for theBlackwater Bossing of thePhilippine Basketball Association (PBA). He was drafted 17th overall by theGlobalPort Batang Pier in the2014 PBA draft.[2]
Caperal attendedArellano University,[3] where he went to thefinals against San Beda college in 2014, his senior year.[4]
Caperal was selected by theGlobalPort Batang Pier as the 17th overall pick in the2014 PBA Draft.[5]
In 2015, he was traded by theGlobalPort Batang Pier to theBarangay Ginebra San Miguel in exchange for fellow big manDorian Peña and then he along withMac Baracael, were shipped to theBarako Bull Energy.
In 2017, Caperal was traded to thePhoenix Fuel Masters, but was immediately dealt to theMahindra Floodbuster[6] in exchange for rookieJoseph Eriobu.
In February 2018, Caperal signed with theBarangay Ginebra San Miguel. Caperal had been traded to Ginebra in 2015 but was immediately traded.[7]
On September 20, 2022, Caperal, along withArvin Tolentino and a 2022 first-round pick, was traded to theNorthPort Batang Pier forJamie Malonzo.[8]
He joined theZamboanga Valientes during the Governor Hofer Invitational Basketball Championship inZamboanga Sibugay.
