
ThePremier League Save of the Season is an annual Englishfootball award, presented to the goalkeeper deemed to have made the best save in the precedingPremier League season. For sponsorship purposes, it was called theCastrol Save of the Season from its inception during the2021–22 season until the 2023–24 season.
In 2022, the Premier League Save of the Season was first awarded, withJordan Pickford ofEverton its inaugural recipient.[1] The current holder of the award isAston Villa'sEmiliano Martínez.
