Praslinia cooperi, orCooper's black caecilian, is a species ofcaecilian in the familyGrandisoniidae.[2][3] It ismonotypic in the genusPraslinia. It is found onMahé andSilhouette Islands in theSeychelles. An old reported sighting on its namesakePraslin is not known to be correct.
