ThePopular Association "Odrodzenie-Wyzwolenie"[a] was acentre-left political party in theRepublic of Central Lithuania.[1] Following the1922 general elections, it held 5 seats in theSejm of Central Lithuania.[2] Its political programme was identical to the one ofPolish People's Party "Wyzwolenie" which operated inPoland, and was based onagrarianism andagrarian socialism. It supported theautonomy of Central Lithuania from Poland; however, it did not oppose the possible future federation with it, as proposed byJózef Piłsudski. Its leader wasLudwik Chomiński.[1]
