Popponesset Creek is a smallwaterway inMashpee, Massachusetts onCape Cod. On both ends, it connects withPopponesset Bay.

Popponesset Creek runs fromHolly Marsh down toPopponesset Peninsula and serves to separate Popponesset Island from the bay. Anautomobile bridge crosses Popponesset Creek from Holly Marsh to Popponesset Island.

Both sides of the creek are lined withsaltwater marshland.
