Pontikonisi (Greek:Ποντικονήσι, "mouse island") is an uninhabited islet off the coast of westernCrete. Administratively, it is part of the municipalityKissamos, inChania regional unit. There is a small islet close to Pontikonisi calledPontikaki ("little mouse").
