Muse in Greek mythology

Polymatheia (Ancient Greek:Πολυμάθεια,romanizedPolymátheia) inGreek mythology was one of the threeMuses recognized atSicyon, as remarked byPlutarch.[1] Her name literally means "much knowledge, erudition", and Plutarch compares her toPolymnia to whom he ascribes precedence over accumulation and preservation of knowledge.
