Aplakin is a protein that associates withjunctional complexes and thecytoskeleton.[1]

Types includedesmoplakin,envoplakin,periplakin,plectin,bullous pemphigoid antigen 1,corneodesmosin, andmicrotubule actin cross-linking factor.[2]
