Town of ancient Caria

Pladasa was a town ofancient Caria. Its name does not appear in ancient authors, but is inferred from epigraphic evidence. It was apolis (city-state) and a member of theDelian League.[1] There was a strongCarian presence in the town's ethnic makeup.[1]

Its site is located nearÇandüşüren,Asiatic Turkey.[2][3]
