Pioneer Bay is a waterway in theQikiqtaaluk Region,Nunavut, Canada. It lies off the southwestern coast ofDevon Island in the eastern highArctic. LikeBaring Bay to the south andPrince Alfred Bay to the north, it is an arm ofWellington Channel.
In 1908,Frederick Cook, an American explorer andphysician, explored in this region.[2]
