Pino I (orII)Ordelaffi (c. 1356 – July 1402) was an Italiancondottiero and lord ofForlì from 1386 until his death. A member of theOrdelaffi family, he was the son of Giovanni Ordelaffi and TebaldaMalatesta. He was also Papal vicar ofForlimpopoli,Castrocaro Terme andSarsina.
After imprisoning his uncleSinibaldo, he assumed the rule of Forlì in 1386. In 1399 he poisoned his cousinGiovanni Ordelaffi.
He died byapoplexy. His brotherCecco III succeeded him in the rule of Forlì.
