"Phoner to Arizona" is the opening track fromGorillaz's fourth studio albumThe Fall.[2] The song is mostly an instrumental with distorted vocals and was recorded entirely on Gorillaz co-founderDamon Albarn'siPad during the American leg of theEscape to Plastic Beach World Tour in October 2010.[3][4] The video—a compilation of footage and images taken from the tour and thephase—was posted onYouTube on 22 December as a way to promote the album.[5]
