Phoenix is the stage name ofBrian Trapp, an Americandrag performer who competed on thethird season ofRuPaul's Drag Race[1] and thetenth season ofRuPaul's Drag Race All Stars.[2]
Trapp is adrag performer who competed as Phoenix on thethird season ofRuPaul's Drag Race. She was the second contestant to be eliminated from the competition. In 1999, Phoenix and her high school friend Christian Castelan visited Atlanta for Pride, held inPiedmont Park. They went to the Starlight Cabaret.[3] She appeared in an episode ofTeen Wolf in 2012.[4] In 2024, Phoenix was announced as a contestant onPainting with Raven, a spin-off ofPainted with Raven.[5]
On April 23, 2025, Phoenix was announced as one of eighteen formerDrag Race contestants participating in thetenth season ofRuPaul's Drag Race All Stars.[2]
Trapp is fromCumming, Georgia and was living inAtlanta during season 3 and still currently is. He graduated fromForsyth Central High School.[6]
