Philip John Remnant, 4th Baron RemnantCBE (born 20 December 1954)[1] is a British hereditary peer andConservative politician. In aJuly 2022 by-election, he was elected to replaceLord Brabazon of Tara in theHouse of Lords following Brabazon of Tara's retirement in April 2022.[2] He has served as Chairman ofCoutts Bank since the start of 2023.[3]
He was appointed CBE in the2011 New Year Honours for services to the financial services industry and to the public sector.[4]
