Philip Bennet (1795 – 17 August 1866)[1] was a BritishConservative Party politician.
He was elected to theHouse of Commons as one of the twoMembers of Parliament (MPs) for theWestern division of Suffolk at aby-election in October 1845 following the death of the sitting MPRobert Rushbrooke. Bennet held the seat until the stood down at the1859 general election.[2]
