Petit-Couronne (French pronunciation:[pətikuʁɔn], before 1984:Le Petit-Couronne)[3] is acommune in theSeine-Maritimedepartment in theNormandy region in northernFrance.
A port town ofoil refineries,light industry andforestry situated by the banks of theSeine, just 4 miles (6.4 km) south of the centre ofRouen at the junction of the D3 and the N338 roads.
