Petar Kapisoda (born 26 June 1976) is a Montenegrin formerhandball player.
After starting out at his hometown clubLovćen, Kapisoda moved toCrvenka. He later played forPartizan (1994–1996) andCrvena zvezda (1996–1998). Subsequently, Kapisoda returned to his parent clubLovćen, helping them win back-to-backchampionships in 2000 and 2001.
WithFR Yugoslavia, Kapisoda won two bronze medals at theWorld Championships (1999[1] and2001[2]). He also participated in the2000 Summer Olympics and2006 European Championship. After the split of Serbia and Montenegro, Kapisoda representedMontenegro at the2008 European Championship and2013 World Championship.
His brother is called Miloš Kapisoda.
